Les vacances\u00a0ayant permis\u00a0de d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 quel point il fait bon vivre sans pression, on aimerait bien pour une fois pouvoir tenir une r\u00e9solution. Ce serait, \u00e0 n\u2019en pas douter, une excellente id\u00e9e puisque les effets n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9 du stress chronique sont maintenant bien connus.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pilule.telequebec.tv\/occurrence.aspx?id=846\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0pt;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blog-lecerveau.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/d_lien.gif\" alt=\"d_lien\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/> <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">L&rsquo;impact du stress sur la sant\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En effet, on sait aujourd&rsquo;hui comment les m\u00e9canismes adaptatifs du stress aigu, qui permettent \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de se soustraire \u00e0 une situation mena\u00e7ante <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/lecerveau.mcgill.ca\/flash\/i\/i_03\/i_03_p\/i_03_p_que\/i_03_p_que.html\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">en fuyant ou en combattant<\/span><\/a><\/span>, se retournent contre l\u2019organisme quand ce stress devient chronique.
