Ces r\u00e9sultats semblent se confirmer \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9tude qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre publi\u00e9e dans le num\u00e9ro de novembre 2012 de la revue <em>Frontiers in Human Neuroscience<\/em>. Mais l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cette \u00e9tude va un peu plus loin, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle d\u00e9montre que ces effets positifs mesurables de la m\u00e9ditation, test\u00e9es ici sur la gestion des \u00e9motions, semble se poursuivre quand la personne n\u2019est pas en train de m\u00e9diter.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Deux types de m\u00e9ditations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 avec des r\u00e9sultats similaires\u00a0:<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/lecerveau.mcgill.ca\/flash\/d\/d_04\/d_04_cr\/d_04_cr_peu\/d_04_cr_peu.html\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">l\u2019amygdale<\/span><\/a><\/span> droite (mais pas la gauche) r\u00e9agit moins \u00e0 des images charg\u00e9es \u00e9motivement chez des sujets ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un stage de m\u00e9ditation de 8 semaines (et pas chez un groupe contr\u00f4le ayant suivi un stage de dur\u00e9e \u00e9quivalente sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui est remarquable, c\u2019est que ces effets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s trois semaines apr\u00e8s la fin du stage, alors que les gens sont revenus \u00e0 leur vie normale. C\u2019est l\u2019apport nouveau de cette \u00e9tude puisque les autres qui avaient d\u00e9tect\u00e9 des changements d\u2019activit\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019amygdale avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 faites pendant que les gens m\u00e9ditaient dans le scan d\u2019imagerie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<p>Cela va \u00e9galement dans le sens de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se voulant que la m\u00e9ditation induit des changements de l\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale qui ne sont pas li\u00e9s \u00e0 des stimuli ou \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches sp\u00e9cifiques, et par cons\u00e9quent peuvent<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/lecerveau.mcgill.ca\/flash\/a\/a_12\/a_12_p\/a_12_p_con\/a_12_p_con.html#meditation\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">s\u2019av\u00e9rer des transformations durables de l\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela n\u2019est pas \u00e9tranger \u00e0 la \u00a0cinqui\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de la s\u00e9rie Parlons cerveau qui aura lieu ce soir \u00e0 19h.
